Does MyCal connect to multiple Google or Microsoft accounts?
Yes. MyCal can combine availability from selected calendars across multiple Google and Microsoft accounts. One account is explicitly selected for creating confirmed events, private contact matching, and Google Meet or Microsoft Teams conferencing; secondary accounts remain availability only.
Can one calendar reserve more time around its events?
Yes. A host can set calendar-specific before-and-after protection for every busy event on a selected Google or Microsoft calendar. This is useful for air travel, TripIt, field visits, or any calendar whose events need more surrounding time.
Can different people see different meeting lengths?
Yes. MyCal can show different event types and durations to public visitors, known contacts, and VIPs. Address and domain blocks take priority over elevated access.
Does MyCal support time zones and holiday schedules?
Yes. Visitors see available times in their selected time zone. Hosts can configure working hours, date overrides, and an automatically populated regional holiday schedule that remains editable.
Can I approve a meeting before the calendar invitation is sent?
Yes. Each event type can confirm automatically, require approval only for new contacts, or require approval for every request. Pending requests protect the time; approval rechecks connected calendars before creating the invitation.
Can MyCal block disposable email addresses?
Yes. Each host can enable a global, Super-Admin-maintained disposable-domain registry. Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, iCloud, and similar established personal-email providers are not treated as disposable by this setting.
Can I redirect guests to my website after they book?
Yes. Each event type can automatically redirect a confirmed guest to a public HTTPS page. Hosts may optionally include the event name, start and end time, time zone, confirmed status, and booking ID for conversion tracking; guest names, emails, and booking answers are excluded. Requests awaiting host approval remain on the MyCal status page.
Can I see how old a guest’s email domain is?
For business domains, MyCal can show an authoritative cached RDAP registration date on the private host approval page. Missing dates remain unavailable and are never treated as proof that a domain is new or unsafe.
