Invitee-added guestsOptionally let the person booking add up to ten other attendees to an event. Added guests receive the same Google or Microsoft calendar invitation after confirmation or host approval, without seeing the primary invitee’s private intake answers.
Answer-triggered registrant emailsGive each dropdown or Yes / No answer its own optional post-registration email, subject, preparation message, and private file attachments. MyCal sends it separately from the normal confirmation and preserves the setup when questions or event types are copied.
No-time opportunity captureWhen access rules or the next 30 days leave no eligible time, collect the event’s conditional questions before showing one neutral result. Hosts can keep the default private email alert or turn it off.
