Visitors verify with Google, Microsoft, Apple, or an email code before eligible meetings, dates, or times are revealed.
Public, known, and VIP visitors can receive different event types and durations, while Google Contact tags can grant VIP access, block scheduling, or limit booking frequency.

Before an external meeting, MyCal can email its organizer a signed review page to confirm or cancel. A confirmation labels only your calendar copy; a cancellation alerts you and either removes the event or marks the time free.
Copy an email-ready event link, export without retained files, embed MyCal, or connect an internal tool through expiring read-only API tokens and signed retry-safe events.
Once enabled, the public product guide answers from approved MyCal sources, links to supporting pages, refuses weakly supported questions, and cannot browse the open web or change an account.

Open the complete brief behind your host login or opt into email, Telegram, and—after sender activation—one-segment SMS preparation reminders, while host-reviewed facts work alongside your approved relationship rules.
Only the company domain is researched—never the guest’s email, contacts, or private notes. AI facts cannot change access until the host approves them.
